Change in Group Management

Curt Petri, Managing Director and CEO of Cloetta since 2008 until 16 February 2012, left his operational role after more than 20 years in Cloetta's and earlier Cloetta Fazer's management to retire. He was succeeded by Bengt Baron, President and CEO of LEAF.
Kent Sandin, CFO of Cloetta since 2008 until 16 February 2012, left this position but is continuing within Cloetta as President of Cloetta Sverige AB. In this position he reports to Lars Påhlson, President Scandinavia. He was succeeded by Danko Maras, CFO of LEAF.
